Job Description

Job Summary Supports inventory control, quality audits, and warehouse accuracy by organizing audit schedules, coordinating daily with Warehouse Supervisors, documenting results, and helping identify trends, process gaps, or people-related issues that may require corrective action. 1st Shift
  • 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Thursday 2nd Shift
  • 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday-Friday 3rd Shift
  • 11:00pm to 7:30am, Monday-Friday Essential Job Functions Create and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
Coordinate daily with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure proper staffing, equipment, and product availability. Direct assigned personnel during audits and inventory counts. Provide daily written and electronic reports on audit and inventory results. Conduct spot audits for unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping functions. Track audit results in Excel and identify trends, process gaps, or corrective action needs. Communicate with supervisors and leads to support operational accuracy. Read and respond to emails in a timely manner. Support accuracy and accountability throughout warehouse receiving, storage, packing, and shipping processes. Maintain organized audit documentation and ensure results are recorded clearly for supervisor review. Other Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent audit skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Team-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Working knowledge of inventory quality control standards and requirements. Ability to communicate audit findings clearly and professionally with leadership and warehouse teams. Strong follow-up skills with the ability to support continuous improvement efforts. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or balance as needed. Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. with a hand truck or pallet jack; occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs. by hand. Perform duties in a warehouse environment while safely handling product, equipment, and related materials. #INDOH1
