Inspect products for quantity, quality, expiration dates, labeling, and any shipping damage. Organize, label, and move inventory into the appropriate storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory records while following inventory control procedures, including FIFO/FEFO and lot tracking. Monitor incoming purchase orders, expected deliveries, and outstanding receipts. Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies by working with vendors, shipping carriers, and internal teams. Perform routine cycle counts and research inventory variances. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Support additional operations projects and process improvements as our business continues to grow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in inventory, operations, purchasing, logistics, retail, eCommerce, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable using inventory management software, ERP/WMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Ability to lift and move packages as needed and work in a stockroom or warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or other eCommerce platforms. Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, or consumer products industry. Familiarity with inventory best practices such as FIFO/FEFO, lot tracking, and quality control. Experience supporting purchasing, inventory planning, or supply chain operations. Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Why You'll Love Working With Us Be part of a growing company in the beauty industry. Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement. Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career. Employee discounts on premium skincare, haircare, fragrance, and makeup products. A role where your organization and attention to detail have a direct impact on the success of the business.
