Inventory Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support inventory and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for helping maintain accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, performing routine inventory counts, and assisting with the movement and organization of materials. Key Responsibilities Bilingual English & Spanish required.
Perform routine cycle counts and inventory checks.
Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions.
Research and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
Track materials and verify quantities as needed.
Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.
Enter and update information in inventory/ERP systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations personnel regarding inventory needs.
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
Follow established safety and inventory-control procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual English & Spanish required.
Previous inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Familiarity with ERP, warehouse, or inventory-management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
