Inventory Assistant/Coordinator Sivils Luxury LLC Frisco, TX Job Details Full-time $36,000 a year 10 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Paid sick time Qualifications Optimizing workflow processes Assembly quality control testing Parts administration Retail shipping operations Mid-level Order shipping Continuous improvement Task prioritization Decision making Shipping and receiving inventory management Pressure testing equipment Organizational skills Process management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Assistant to work with our Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes and have a focus on our intake of timepieces, as well as shipment at the time of sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Intake and testing of watches Quality control testing of watches before shipment. This includes timegraphing, pressure testing, and videoing performance Shipping sold timepieces Swapping watch straps Sizing watches' bracelets Manage our inventory management system Manage spare strap inventory and coordinate orders of new straps Manage spare box inventory and coordinate orders of new boxes Analyze inventory to determine when pieces should be re-photographed and relisted Analyze work-in-process inventory to determine when watches should be returned from watchmakers and sent to manufacturers Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and improve efficiency

Ability to analyze data for effective decision-making in inventory control. 18 Month Pay Scale First 6 months of pay: 3K/mo At 6 months, adjusted to: 3250/mo At 12 months, adjusted to: 3500/mo Additional increases in base pay at 18 months, or the addition of an incentive structure We strongly value our veterans and would offer increased pay for former service members. For those with experience in the industry and similar roles, additional pay can be considered. No PTO in Year 1. In Year 2, there are four paid vacation days and six paid sick days. Full time 9:30am-6:30pm M-F. Slight flexibility is possible.
