Storeroom/Inventory Specialist Location:
Everett, WA Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Day Shift. Every other Friday off.
Pay:
$25.00/hour

Opportunity to extend the contract and/or possible conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeroom/Inventory Specialist to support inventory operations and manufacturing activities. This role is responsible for pulling and staging parts, receiving and storing inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Job Duties Review bills of materials (pick lists) to identify and pull all required parts for assemblers. Kit and stage parts accurately for delivery to the first manufacturing location. Receive new inventory and put materials away in designated bin locations according to predetermined storage assignments. Track inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers, using handheld barcode scanners and computer systems. Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in the MRP/inventory management system. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Maintain an organized and accurate storeroom environment. Work closely with manufacturing and other team members to ensure parts and materials are available when needed. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer proficiency required, including the ability to query, monitor, and enter data into MRP systems. Experience using handheld barcode scanners preferred. Familiarity with MRP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a storeroom/inventory environment. Why Averro?
