Full Job Description Inventory Control & Shipping Technician Locations:
Auburn, Kent, Renton, SeaTac & Tukwila, WA Status:
Full-Time |
Shifts:
1st, 2nd, 3rd |
Pay:
$20•24/hr DOE |
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Own the flow of goods Every on-time delivery starts with accurate inventory and careful packing. In this role, you'll safeguard product quality at receiving, keep counts tight during the day, and send shipments out the door correctly labeled and palletized. Join a team that values hustle, precision, and safety. How you'll make an impact Inbound accuracy: Unload trucks, confirm manifest details, and inspect for damage.
Order fulfillment:
Pull items using RF scanners or pick-lists, then pack and label for shipment.
Inventory integrity:
Perform cycle counts and help replenish stock to align system and shelf.
Outbound readiness:
Wrap pallets and load outbound trucks efficiently and safely. Safety & housekeeping: Keep aisles clear of shrink wrap, pallets, and cardboard. Grow your skills Come with warehouse experience—or bring your willingness to learn. If you're reliable and safety-minded, we'll help you build from pallet jack basics to a Forklift Certification (often tied to higher pay with our clients). What you'll need Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred; training available for the right candidate. Able to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable with RF scanners ; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. Safe operation of a pallet jack; forklift certification is a strong advantage. Consistent attendance and punctuality.
