Wahle, Inc. is looking to hire a hardscape laborer. This position is for a motivated individual that loves the freedom of being outdoors. We have a great crew that takes pride in building to a higher standard and are looking for the next member of our team to help us grow. This person will help with all phase of installation for retaining walls, Paver patios, concrete as well as ground prep and clean up and other tasks as assigned. We are ideally seeking someone for year-round, full-time employment, but may consider summer seasonal availability for a well-qualified candidate. Must be able to sit, kneel, stand, walk and lift up to 85 lbs. in all climates. The applicant must have a valid drives license and reliable transportation to work. While this is a position for a very active individual, know that Wahle, Inc. invests in equipment at all levels to help ease a laborer's tasks (skid loader, excavators, block tongs, laser level, etc.) Compensation is based on experience and performance. Arrive-on-Time weekly bonus and Job Excellence bonuses available within 2 weeks of hire. Additional skills preferred, but potential for on-job training: machine operation, retaining wall and paver installation, concrete finishing, snow removal, holiday lighting, CDL licensing
