Job Description

General Laborer I

Description:

Pay Rate $15.00 Retail store

  • a true grocery store
  • must have retail exp
Shift:

Tuesday-Saturday

  • 9-6•all schedules are subject to change with business needs
MUST HAVE
  • Customer Service skills
  • will be interacting with customers
  • will be unloading trucks and could run the cash registers.

Interviews are required. Performs general manual labor tasks including but not limited to: sorting, repairing, and/or disposing of pallets, washing trucks and trailers, refueling vehicles, unloading trailers, relabeling cases or pallets, restacking cases or pallets, and assisting with a variety of additional functions and manual labor tasks as needed. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent some experience in the field or in a related area, but usually does not require this level of education. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
