Job Overview The Enhancement Team Member supports the Team Leader in the timely, high-quality completion of landscape renovation and revitalization projects. This role assists with a variety of enhancement tasks including light masonry, retaining walls, plant installation, and general landscape improvements. The Team Member works collaboratively with the crew to uphold company quality and safety standards while maintaining a professional presence on client properties. Responsibilities and Duties Assist in the completion of enhancement projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements. Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely and efficiently. Follow direction from the Team Leader to execute tasks accurately and productively. Maintain a professional image on client sites and help ensure company tools and equipment are properly cared for. Operate hand tools and equipment safely in accordance with company safety guidelines and required PPE standards. Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site throughout the workday. Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding task progress, challenges, or material needs. Perform detailed work and ensure assigned tasks meet company quality standards before leaving each property. Participate in hands-on training and actively develop skills in enhancement installation techniques. Support overall crew efficiency and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. Professional and respectful communication with clients, team members, and management. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as project schedules require. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods. Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License; CDL Class C preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
