Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Landscape and Hardscape apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, time management, and physical endurance, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape sites Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday Maintain and perform basic inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning Apply knowledge of landscape and Hardscape materials and methods to support project execution

Skills and Qualifications:

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in operating landscape and Hardscape equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding work, including lifting and manual labor Knowledge of landscape and Hardscape materials and methods Valid driver's license is required Prior experience in landscape or Hardscape work is a plus but not mandatory
