Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer with an excavation company specializing in site work and agricultural drainage installation. We are a growing company that rewards the hard work we do with a focus on a family first mentality. We are currently looking to expand our team from general labor to experienced operators. We offer full on the job training, construction experience is not required if willing to learn, but would be preferred Duties Work in an outdoor setting using manual labor and hand tools to help assist on project tasks Help operators with locating existing infrastructure and checking elevation and grade controls Operating equipment as skill level and training allow from skid loaders to scrapers Work with our experienced crews to help maintain the highest level quality of work from site prep, installation, and site clean up Follow instructions from leadership team for company specific operational protocals and standards Skills Be able to work in an outdoor team setting during vast weather conditions Experience or familiarity with construction equipment preferred but not required Strong understanding of safety standards in constructin settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks Physical stamina, agility, and attention to detail for repetitive manual tasks Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment This role is the continuation of growth from our diverse excavating company that has projects ranging from full site work prep, drain tile installation, road maintenance, trucking of aggregates and all the things between.

Pay:

$20.00 - $36.00 per hour
