Sherman is taking applications for all Crew Laborer positions

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry experience preferred but we also value the opportunity to teach somebody from the ground up
Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
