Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking {2} laborers to join our team for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will be familiar with operating tractors & skid steers, hand tools & power tools. This role involves various general labor tasks & requires the ability to follow directions, work alone or in a team setting & a strong commitment to safety, efficiency and customer service. A typical work week consists of Monday thru Friday working 40-60 hours per week. Occasional weekend work. Must be able to travel for overnight out-of-town work. Duties This job opening is for a manual labor position requiring work outside in the heat of the day. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Load & unload materials as needed. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain functionality & adhering to safety protocols. Follow directions from job superintendent &/or customer. Operate tractors, skid steers and other equipment as needed. Experience Familiarity with tractors & skid steers a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Hiring Requirements Must have a valid drivers' license. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must have a clean background {NO felonies}. Must be insurable to drive company vehicles.
