Specialized Professional Services, Inc. (SPSI) is hiring full time Field Technicians/Laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for the cleaning and decontamination of regulated materials from spills, trenches, drains, oil/water separators, boilers, tanks, and other industrial cleaning applications. On the job training and all certifications will be provided by the company, no prior experience required but preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

On Call availability for emergencies Confined Space Entry and Rescue jobs. Industrial Cleaning such as vac operations, pressure washing, ice blasting, and sand blasting. Identify, remove, pack, transport, or dispose of hazardous materials, waste oil, fuel, transmission fluid, or contaminated soil. Operate machines or equipment during environmental remediations. Ability to read and understand OSHA safety regulations and perform all tasks safely. Maintain up to date training and education per company policy Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating waste disposal methods. Physical Activity including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pound. Employee will be working outdoors in all types of weather ex.-cold, heat, direct sun, rain, snow, Employee will be responsible for accurate and legible paperwork.

Salary:

$60,000-$90,000 a year hourly position. Starting rate $20/hr. $22/hr. after 90 days. Emergency Shift differentials +$2-3/hour Overtime emergency pay during evening hours and weekends.

Annual Bonuses Qualifications:

High School Diploma At least 18 years old Valid Driver's license Must pass drug and alcohol test, physical, background check and driving record check. The ability to work weekends and extended hours.
