This is an entry-level position with our company with room to advance quickly. We are seeking candidates with interest in building a career in the construction industry.

Basic Requirements:

Able to follow orders to best ability Able to communicate clearly Capable of lifting 50 pounds. Good physical health (require disclosure of any existing physical issues) Able to work in and out of town Able to work 40+ hours per week. Able to work anytime crew is on duty (flexible)

Responsibilities:

Hand Digging holes (Shovel and Drain Spade) Raking and Clean up (Seed, Straw, Gravel) Material Handling (Pipe, Cable, etc.) Assist machine operators in the ditch Hand Tool usage with placing utility boxes Sign setup and Removal Flagging and Traffic Control (In house trained and certified) Any other labor responsibilities designated by the Crew Foreman Required work experience or skills: None Any experience and related skills will affect pay rate

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
