We deliver chef-crafted, chilled meals through proprietary refrigerated dispensers placed throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Customers scan a QR code, customize their order from our menu, and pick up their meals at the dispenser location. Behind the machines, our Concord commissary kitchen handles all meal prep, packaging, and fulfillment. We're a growing company, and we're building our team with an eye toward the future — this role has a clear path to full-time as we scale. About the Role This is not a food delivery or courier position, and you will not be driving. We're seeking a Part-Time Driver's Helper to ride along with our Pickup Truck & Trailer Driver and assist with loading, unloading, and setting up our large refrigerated equipment dispensers at drop-off locations. Our first locations are in Billerica, MA and downtown Boston , so you'll be working in dense urban environments — city sidewalks, tight building entrances, and courtyards — helping guide and maneuver heavy equipment safely into place. As we grow, delivery locations across NH and MA will expand and change, so flexibility on routing is part of the job. This role generally works five days a week, with two days off — the specific days off may shift week to week based on delivery needs, and may occasionally include a Saturday and/or Sunday shift. Initially, you'll typically support one or two drop-off locations per day.

Anticipated Shift Times:

Generally 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (approximately 5.5 hours) Schedule will generally include two days off per week, though the specific days may shift week to week depending on delivery needs (may occasionally include a Saturday and/or Sunday) Wrapped up by early afternoon every day. What You'll Do Assist the driver in loading refrigerated dispensers and equipment into the company-provided F-250 pickup truck and trailer Use a motorized pallet jack to move dispensers and equipment safely and efficiently during loading, unloading, and setup Ride along on urban routes between Concord and locations in Billerica and downtown Boston, with additional locations to follow as we expand Help guide, position, and stabilize the trailer during tight parking and setup in city environments Unload and set up dispensers at drop-off locations alongside the driver Follow cold-chain protocols to maintain product integrity Assist with basic vehicle and equipment inspections Maintain accurate delivery documentation What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable, and punctual — consistent daily starts require someone who can be counted on to show up on time Able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably load/unload equipment repeatedly throughout a shift Comfortable using a motorized pallet jack to move dispensers and equipment safely and efficiently during loading, unloading, and setup Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather and in busy urban settings Comfortable with a schedule where days off may shift week to week, and occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts Comfortable with routes that may shift or expand as the company grows Prior experience with physical/manual labor, moving, warehouse work, or equipment setup is a plus Ideally, Forklift Certification and experience No driver's license or driving responsibilities required for this role Why Join Georgie's Kitchen $17/hr with a consistent daytime schedule Wrapped up by early afternoon — no late nights, no overnight routes No driving required — just show up and help get the job done Ground-floor opportunity with a growing food venture, and a real path to full-time as we scale — including a mix of delivery support and additional facility support Work alongside a dedicated driver as part of a small, close-knit team

Pay:
