Growth Opportunities Position Overview:

This position primarily involves removing and installing seats from vehicles, labor work depending on daily needs. There is opportunity for the right candidate to advance to a permanent position with our auto detailing operations team. We are seeking motivated individuals with a keen ability to be organized, ensure the job gets done properly and work hard in an fast paced labor intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to lift 50lbs+ comfortably Removing, Carrying, Stacking and Sorting vehicle seats for storage and then subsequent reinstallation. This is a physically demanding, labor intensive position. Maintain Rizzo Auto Detailing's high-quality standards while efficiently managing workload to meet daily quotas. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather. Must be able to lift 50lbs+ comfortably Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (excluding THC).

Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$20.00

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shifts.
