Job Description

Fall Seasonal Workers (Leaf Program) We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Fall Seasonal Workers in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors during the fall season, helping keep communities clean and beautiful. At Employ-Temps Staffing Services, we partner with local clients to provide reliable seasonal staffing solutions. As a Leaf Program worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team performing outdoor leaf pickup and general labor duties. If you enjoy working outside in all weather conditions and take pride in a job well done, this role is perfect for you. Call our office to speak with a recruiter or schedule an interview today. Hours Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pay $15 per hour Key Responsibilities
  • Walking and using equipment to pick up fallen leaves
  • Performing general outdoor labor duties as assigned
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working in public areas Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in outdoor work such as landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, or leaf pickup preferred
  • Valid Driver's License (MVR if applicable)
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
  • Lift/move up to 60 pounds
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Dependable attendance is a must Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience operating outdoor equipment Preferred Education and Experience
  • Previous outdoor labor experience preferred Other Requirements
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 60 pounds
  • Must work on-site in all weather conditions
  • MVR report if a driver (must be uploaded and legible; do not submit until onboarding including MVR is completed) Benefits
