What You'll Do:

Perform hands-on general labor tasks in our scrap yard Sort, move, and process various types of metal Assist with equipment operation, loading/unloading, and yard organization Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What We're Looking For:

Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to work each day — no exceptions Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks Comfortable with physical work — lifting 40+ lbs, standing, bending, walking all day Able to work safely and follow safety procedures at all times Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Appreciated ): Torch cutting Welding or mechanical repair automotive and/or diesel maintenance work Heavy equipment or forklift operation Truck driving (CDL) This job is tough — but rewarding.
