About the

Role:

CP Industries is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Laborers in a fast-paced steel mill/manufacturing environment. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks in support of production operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and general labor duties. All laborers are trained to safely operate forklifts and remote overhead cranes. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in a high-demand industrial setting with room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of manual labor tasks to support manufacturing processes Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of steel products and materials Operate or learn to operate forklifts and remote cranes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work effectively in a team-oriented, unionized environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing, steel mill, or industrial environment Ability to work in a physically demanding setting (standing, lifting, bending, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Forklift or crane operation experience is a plus

Requirements:
