Job Description

United Refining Company located in Warren, PA is looking to hire laborers for positions within our refinery. •These positions require passing a mathematics and mechanical competency test. Employment will be determined after successful testing performance. We will call to schedule a pre-employment test after application has been submitted.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR TESTING IS AUGUST 10, 2026

•$2500 hiring incentive details will be discussed at time of interview•Company Conformance Statements In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Position Purpose:

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Assist with removal and/or installation of refinery process equipment Trenching work Clean/pressure wash process equipment Perform cleanup work Assist in minor repair of refinery process or utility equipment Assist with the opening , closing, or isolation of process equipment Fire watch/Hole watch for other crews performing work Assist with removal/reloading of process equipment medium/catalyst Assist with storage tank cleaning

Educational Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and speak

English Valid Drivers License Required Competencies:

Ability to use basic hand tools

Computer Skills:

Basic Physical Requirements Must be able to walk distances and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must possess a tolerance for tight spaces and heights Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and have a valid drivers license Regular and punctual attendance is a requirement of all positions at United Refining Company.
