Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Laborers/Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various tasks and projects, supporting the overall success of our operations. Job description The Laborer performs manual labor tasks associated with many facets of the plant site at all times. Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and also learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Will be required to work inside Formosa Plastics plant in Point Comfort, Texas. Responsibilities The following are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.

• Clean and Prep Concrete for Sealing and/or Patching
• Landscaping / Mowing / Weed Eating
• Tree Trimming
• Build and/or Repair Fences
• Epoxy Coatings
• Cleaning Ditches
• General Clean Up Operate miscellaneous power tools Perform other physical tasks requiring minimum skill and/or experience Assist other craft workers as needed Qualifications Must be able to push/pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms, and legs. Hand/eye coordination. Must be able to communicate (hear, comprehend, and speak) to safely perform work for each project. May operate hand and power tools with proper training and authorization. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis Position may require prolonged bending/twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, reaching overhead, squatting, pushing /pulling, or standing and lifting Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, loose rock, loose/soft sand, etc. Will be exposed to adverse weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Etc.) Must have the ability to communicate effectively with management/ supervision, work at various temperatures, and concentrate amid distractions MUST have

VALID TWIC

Card MUST have a VALID Driver's License MUST pass a background check, plus a breath alcohol test and hair follicle drug test. MUST have 2 years in plant experience

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30PM (with :30 lunch) No Nights /
