Job Duties:
Removal and trimming of trees and bushes from the ground; raking and cleaning up ground, leaf removal, and leftover debris; disposal of brush, limbs, and trees; winter landscape planting including hollies and other evergreens, spreading mulch; perennial rye grass installation, application and fertilization, winterizing plants and trees to protect from freezes with winter maintenance of yards with drainage control; annual winter color installs; perennial cutbacks, pruning, and dead heading; property wide mulch installation, application and fertilization to protect plants, and winterization and draining of sprinkler system; retention pond cleanouts. Ice remediation and salt application. Organizing and preparing various stock of holiday decor including string lights, ornaments, and season and holiday arrangements, displays and settings. Also, to include installing and/or removing such holiday decor/stock and materials from jobsites and prepare for storage. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment. No experience required. On the job training. No education required. Additional requirements: employer paid pre-hire drug test and pre-hire criminal background check $23.16/hr. and $34.74/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work w/1 hour of lunch each workday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. and weekends may be available, but are not guaranteed. 5 positions available for temporary, full-time, seasonal work.

Employer provided transportation to and from area jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment. The employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. Pay will be weekly. Assistance securing lodging is not available. No employer provided lodging available. Other benefits provided to U.S. and H2B workers are the following: Optional health insurance after 60 days following first of the month. Minimal essential coverage/employer paid 100%. The employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck. Additional deductions include: If optional health insurance selected after 60 days following first of the month - minimal essential coverage/employer paid 100%. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek. The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
