DRIVER HELPER Hit the Road & Be Part of the Team! RPM Staffing is hiring Driver Helpers! If you're dependable, hardworking, customer-focused, and don't mind being on the road, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Driver Helper, you'll work alongside the driver to ensure deliveries are safe, accurate, efficient, and delivered with excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

Ride along with the driver and assist with daily delivery routes. Help safely guide the driver when maneuvering and parking at delivery locations. Unload groceries, totes, and other products using a two-wheeler and ramp. Deliver products into customer locations and place them in designated areas. Retrieve refrigerated products from the truck as needed. Assist with loading damaged or returned merchandise for return to the warehouse.

What We're Looking For:

Must be able to be on call and report to work on a short notice Ability to safely lift, move, and unload cases of product. Comfortable working on your feet and assisting with physical delivery duties. Flexible and willing to travel with routes that may require overnight stays 2-3 nights per week.

Why RPM Rocks:

Starting pay: $15.00/HR. Employees will be eligible for incentive bonuses after probationary period and once hired permanent.
