Duties Help This position is loced the Unit Training Equipment Site (UTES) in Florence, Arizona. The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance production management, to achieve or maintain desired production levels, to serve as an equipment readiness expert for units supported by the facility, and to provide technical guidance and oversight to a lower-graded Production Controller.

ARIZONA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Prior to appointment into this position, selectee must be a current member of the Arizona Army Nional Guard, in a military organizion supported by the UTES. This is an excepted service position th requires membership in a compible military assignment in the employing ste's Nional Guard, required prior to the effective de of placement. Selectee required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently a member of the Nional Guard must be eligible for immedie membership and employment in the Nional Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement. Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility.
