We're officially moving into our new HQ in Beverly Hills (August 2026) 9242 Beverly Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team. You'll support production coordination activities for assigned categories, assisting with timeline tracking, sample logistics and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks throughout the day and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones Support sample requests, logging, and shipment coordination Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders Support purchase order data entry and tracking Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience 1-2 years production coordination or related experience Proficiency in Excel Strong organizational and communication skills
NICE TO HAVES
