Job Description
Description If you love keeping moving pieces organized, this is where you'll thrive. A busy distribution company in Oceanside is looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep daily orders, inventory, vendors, and internal teams moving efficiently. This isn't a traditional administrative position. You'll work directly with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to identify issues and make sure orders and operational requests are handled correctly. Responsibilities
+ Coordinate daily operational requests
+ Track customer and internal orders
+ Communicate with warehouse and purchasing teams
+ Monitor inventory availability
+ Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication
+ Track shipments and delivery schedules
+ Research order discrepancies
+ Maintain operational spreadsheets and reports
+ Update information within ERP systems
+ Coordinate product transfers and returns
+ Follow up on outstanding issues
+ Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
+ Prepare daily and weekly operations reports
+ Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements Requirements + 2+ years of operations, administrative, customer service, or logistics experience
+ Strong Excel skills
+ Comfortable working with ERP systems
+ Excellent organization and follow-through
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
