Allstate Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated Warehouse Logistics Associate / Class C Driver to support daily warehouse operations and transportation needs. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining exceptional customer service, and following all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who can effectively balance warehouse responsibilities with driving duties while maintaining an efficient workflow and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Receive, process, store, and organize inventory.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, dispatch, drivers, customers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup. Create and process shipping and receiving work orders. Enter and update inventory information in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts. Participate in company-provided forklift training and certification programs. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
• Safely operate a Class C vehicle for local deliveries.

Load and unload cargo efficiently and safely. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation. Comply with all company policies, DOT regulations, and applicable state and federal laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working in warehouse preferred

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes preferred.

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, and delivery driving preferred, Forklift operating experience (certification not required) preferred. Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• This position requires lifting up to 100 lbs, carrying, loading, unloading, standing, walking, pulling, pushing, climbing, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday. Other duties may be assigned as needed by management
