Bilingual (Spanish/English) Vehicle Logistics Coordinator (Call Center) Rancho Cordova, CA | Corporate Office $19.50 per hour | Full-Time Radius Recycling is looking for a Bilingual Vehicle Logistics Agent to join our team at our corporate office in Rancho Cordova, CA . This is a high-volume call center role supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing and transportation process. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, working on the phone, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in call centers, customer service, dispatch, banking, insurance, retail leadership, hospitality, administrative support, or transportation coordination . What You'll Do As a member of our customer service team, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with vehicle purchase and transportation questions. Provide updates on vehicle pick-up, transport, and delivery status. Coordinate with transportation carriers and internal teams. Resolve customer concerns and identify solutions. Maintain accurate records in company systems. Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction. Support overall logistics operations and process improvements. Collaborate with field buyers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely vehicle transportation.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish/English. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, sales, dispatch, administrative support, or another customer-focused role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive, logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience. Experience handling a high volume of customer calls. Experience working in a customer contact center environment.
