We're looking for a dependable and professional team member to own the customer experience and logistics - from friendly, professional support to carefully fulfilling orders. What We're Looking For A genuine interest in holistic health, wellness, or alternative healing methods (familiarity with Chakras is a bonus!) Proficiency in order management systems and a strong digital organization skillset. Quickbooks know-how (or the willingness to be educated) Strong communication skills — on the phone, over email, and in person Google Suite capabilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks A team-oriented mindset Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor What You'll Do Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting customers with products and order questions. Get those online and in-store orders ready to rock. Pack and ship orders with care and speed—gotta make sure everything arrives safely and looks awesome! Keep the shipping zone clean, organized, and stocked up. Team up with everyone to make sure customers are happy. Handle distributor orders and keep the communication flowing smoothly. Whip up daily sales reports (the important numbers!). Keep all the docs, receipts, invoices, and digital stuff tidy and easy to find.
