Adaptive Sports Center, Crested Butte, Colorado The Adaptive Sports Center provides adaptive and therapeutic adventure programming for people with disabilities and other special needs, their friends, and their family members. We operate in a fast‑paced, professional environment at the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area and are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our visiting organizations and camps by managing travel logistics, lodging arrangements, and activity scheduling. This position also assists the Logistics Manager with supervision of our seasonal internship program and occasionally leads adaptive field‑based adventure activities. This role is highly interactive and requires exceptional professionalism, clear communication, strong planning skills, and the ability to problem‑solve independently in a dynamic environment. A CTRS certification is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate travel, lodging, scheduling, and activity details for visiting organizations Serve as a frontline representative of the ASC with partner organizations and participants Support the Logistics Manager in numerous key logistical areas and supervising seasonal interns Lead adaptive adventure activities on occasion Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and mission‑based representation Exercise creativity and independent problem‑solving when logistical challenges arise Qualifications Required Willingness and ability to work very well with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and with those who have special needs and disabilities Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and interactive environment Occasional evening work and possible travel Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass all state and federal background checks Preferred CTRS certification Experience in logistics, outdoor programming, or partner‑facing roles Familiarity with adventure-based programming, adaptive sports or therapeutic recreation Compensation & Benefits This is a 12‑month, year‑round, non‑exempt position. Compensation is based on experience, with a starting salary range of $47,000 - $57,000 (hourly equivalent of $22.60 - $27.40), plus a competitive benefits package including: 401(k) Paid Sick, Time Off and Holidays Monthly Health Insurance Stipend Season Ski and Summer Pass Ski/Equipment Locker Professional Membership, Certification Reimbursement, Biennial Professional Development Schedule Estimated starting annual benefit value: $14,576.
