CAREER OPPORTUNITY

This is a 6-month internship with a strong track to a permanent, full-time position! If you excel during the internship, we are very interested in bringing you on full-time to build your career with us. Office Administration & Operations Prepare workstations, tech, and welcome materials to set up new team members for success. Manage daily office logistics, including incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain office supply inventory and process Amazon orders as needed. Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of company events and meetings. Provide flexible, ad-hoc administrative support to the Director of HR and the sales team as new daily needs or special projects (whatever pops up!) arise. What We're Looking For Highly adaptable and willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks, from candidate sourcing to organizing the supply room. A strong communicator with a professional, welcoming phone presence and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We are actively looking for someone who wants to stay long-term. There is a direct opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the 6-month internship if it goes well!
