What youll do:
Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Own end-to-end procurement and supplier management, including negotiations, contracts, and RFQs/RFPs, ensuring optimal cost, quality, service levels, and supply continuity.
Inventory Planning & Forecasting :
Drive demand planning and inventory optimization through forecasting, MRP, and cross-functional alignment to ensure balanced stock levels, capacity planning, and efficient material flow.
Logistics Coordination:
Support inbound logistics and supply coordination to ensure timely material availability for operations and capital projects.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Management:
Lead process improvements across supply chain functions, addressing performance gaps, optimizing KPIs, and enhancing service, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on supply-demand needs, performance metrics, and strategic objectives.

What youll bring:
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience working in Purchasing or Supply Chain. Proven procurement and supplier management skills, including negotiation and contract management. SAP experience. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams, with shop floor and manufacturing environment exposure.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI.
