Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management. Your expertise will help optimize manufacturing workflows, implement enterprise solutions, and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and leverage advanced software systems to streamline operations. Duties Coordinate procurement activities, including purchasing and supplier management, to ensure timely availability of materials and components Manage demand planning and production scheduling using tools like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SQL databases to align supply with forecasted demand Oversee logistics and warehouse management system operations to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enterprise solutions such as SAP and ERP systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency Analyze Excel data reports for supply chain planning insights, identifying areas for process improvements and cost savings Support manufacturing and plant management by coordinating production planning efforts aligned with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes through lean manufacturing principles and operational best practices Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or operations within a manufacturing environment Strong procurement background with familiarity in purchasing procedures and supplier negotiations Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar enterprise solutions implementation Skilled in demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics inventory management Proficiency in Excel data analysis, SQL queries, and warehouse management systems (WMS) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant management, and operations optimization techniques such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Join us as a Supply Chain Coordinator to be at the forefront of operational excellence!
