Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ensurity, supporting the shipment and deployment of our GPS tracking devices to customers.

Key Responsibilities Manage Incoming Shipments:

Oversee the receiving of goods, including checking for damage, verifying contents, and updating inventory systems.

Coordinate Outgoing Shipments:

Schedule and manage outgoing shipments, ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and shipped according to customer requirements.

Device Provisioning:

Provision GPS tracking devices and related hardware with the required software and configurations before they are shipped or deployed to customers.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory, track stock levels, and perform regular stock audits.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing projects or construction needs.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain an organized warehouse and storage area for easy access to materials and products.

Heavy Lifting:

Help with unloading and moving heavy shipments as needed.

Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve any shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and work in a physically demanding environment.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet software; comfort installing/configuring software on hardware devices.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve issues that arise in logistics processes. Attention to
