Job Description

Temporary

6 month assignment
$22.50/hr.
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Location:

Sarasota, Florida Monitor and participate in the financial reporting and data management for the Logistics division of the Fire Department. Process billing. 55% Financial

Monitor program and financial operations. Ensures budget expenditures and executed accurately
Coordinate all procurement actions including ordering, processing, PRs, processing POs, setting up vendor accounts and sending invoices 35% Administrative
Provide administrative support to the Sarasota County Fire Department Warehouse, Fleet, and Purchasing divisions 10% Other Duties
Completed special projects as assigned
Coordinate expenditures with the procurement team

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent 5 years professional experience (college can substitute for experience)

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Strong computer skills, detail oriented, ability to work in fast paced environment, ability to prioritize
