POSITION

GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead

EDUCATION

B.S. Degree/Background in Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline

QUALIFICATIONS

Active US Government Security Clearance Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects. Must have working, demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, and Teams. Applicant must possess excellent oral and written skills. Experience working on US Army Installations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create or modify data sets for GFEBS upload tool capabilities. Perform research and resolve upload tool errors. GFEBS project development and modification so Obligation Authority can be posted. PR creation, adjustment, and reconciliation if errors occur. Inputting delivery billing. Researching and resolving Unmatched Transactions (UMTs). Reconcile financial data in various systems, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, and preparing cases for closure activities. Provide support for other duties as assigned with proper approval. Ability to pass the following training modules: A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer A76
