Duties Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Track freight movements and provide shipment updates Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and carriers Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and load paperwork Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems Assist with load planning and dispatch support Monitor delivery schedules and resolve service issues Maintain organized shipping records and documentation Support logistics and operations teams with daily administrative tasks Experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is highly desirable Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international freight processes is a plus Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions for operational efficiency Join us as a Logistics Coordinator to help streamline our supply chain operations!
