end of May - early August Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Supply Chain, Logistics or related major. Strong academic standing. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with and influence others. Experience problem solving and the ability to organize. Effective problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly. Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution is preferred. Compensation:
The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation's internship program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines.

Position Summary As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Pella's Supply Chain organization with a focus on materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help analyze business processes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and drive business results. This internship is designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience while helping you develop a deeper understanding of how materials, suppliers, and internal partners work together to support manufacturing operations. You'll have the opportunity to build skills in problem solving, data analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Interns are entrusted with work similar to what we expect of entry-level Supply Chain professionals who join Pella after graduation, providing valuable experience and exposure to a variety of supply chain disciplines while making a meaningful impact on the business.
