Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen operational consistency. Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, Operations, and other teams to support efficient order fulfillment and a positive customer experience. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or other relevant industry experience . Minimum of 2 years of recent, in-depth experience using SAP or a similar ERP system . Excellent planning, organization, and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. Ability to prioritize work based on business and customer impact. Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and follow-through. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. What Will Help You Succeed You'll be successful in this role if you enjoy both the details and the bigger picture . We're looking for someone who can manage day-to-day transactions and data accurately while understanding how purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, Sales, and customer commitments connect. You should be comfortable asking questions, following up with others, solving problems, and taking initiative to keep work moving. Additional Requirements Ability to travel domestically as needed. Prolonged periods working at a desk and computer. Ability to periodically bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds. If you have experience working across purchasing, inventory, planning, logistics, and manufacturing operations—and enjoy being the person who helps connect the pieces—we'd like to hear from you.
