Support warehouse operations by enhancing materials handling procedures with automation tools such as forklift integration or manual handling optimizations while maintaining safety standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management systems (IMS), shipping & receiving accuracy, and overall logistics performance to continuously refine processes. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in a supply chain operations role with a focus on logistics automation or process improvement. Strong data analysis skills utilizing SQL, Excel (including spreadsheets and data analysis), Tableau or similar visualization tools. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms such as AS400 or equivalent. Knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), demand planning software, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning), and production planning tools. Familiarity with freight forwarding concepts including NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), 3PL providers, shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform root cause analysis on supply chain issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with procurement teams, vendor partners, warehouse staff, and logistics providers. Certifications in supply chain management or logistics technology are a plus; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting is essential.
