PRODUCTION CONTROLLER
(FLEET
MANAGEMENT
) (TITLE 32), GS-1152-7/9, you will serve as the Vehicle Fleet Manager for host and subordine units; ensuring the efficient and effective utilizion and maintenance of vehicles and equipment (i.e., refueling vehicles, fire trucks, meriel handling equipment, de-icing, snow removal, aircraft towing, tactical, construction equipment, and DOMOPS vehicles). Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Serve as the program manager for the fleet custodial account, vehicle authorizion and utilizion programs. Prepare and defend base level submission for central appropried fund procurement of motor vehicles and other budgetary accounts. Determine, coordine, and ensure effective fleet utilizion; conduct and coordine vehicle validions, establish and maintain Mission Essential Levels (MEL), priority vehicle recall listings, and conduct vehicle rotions. Manage, coordine, and communice fleet support, stus, and utilizion issues with unit commanders, Nional Guard Bureau, and DoD enterprise-wide fleet managers. Determine, coordine and ensure timely development of weekly, monthly, and yearly operional and maintenance plans for assigned general and special purpose vehicles and a variety of equipment. Project parts, contract services, funds, and personnel required. Assign work priorities and schedule vehicles and equipment for repair, inspections, and preventive maintenance based on considerion of shop capability and the requirements of the unit. Manage, formule and perform analytical da reviews on a wide range of production indicors to assist in improving productivity or in determining causes of production delays. Serve as the primary vehicle account custodian, ensuring accuracy within the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and other automed processing systems. Perform Meriel Control functions. Manage delayed parts, bench stock and working stock; Initie, monitor and follow up on part requests. The FOURTH area of considerion applicants willing to become T32 Dual Stus Technicians and gain ILNG membership. The FIFTH area of considerion all U.S. Citizens.

E9 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: GS-9 Level MUST possess least 1-year equivalent to least the next lower grade level; experience, educion or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordining products or merials from support activities; experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility; experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in merials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes; experience with current automion support programs to input da, provide stus of equipment, and monitor job order stus, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts stus, etc. GS-7 Level MUST possess least 1-year equivalent to least the next lower grade level; experience, educion or training working with people from various levels and backgrounds; experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control da; experience assisting or maintaining workflow.
