Other The Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, leading the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of supply chain and manufacturing solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to assess operational needs, identify process improvements, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep manufacturing expertise with extensive D365 functional knowledge and a proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery across complex environments. The ideal candidate combines deep manufacturing expertise with extensive D365 functional knowledge and a proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery across complex environments. Job Description Primary Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Process Improvement Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translating high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements and system specifications. Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify upstream and downstream impacts across departments and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions address both immediate needs and long-term business goals. Provide system-agnostic recommendations that support operational efficiency and process standardization. Project Delivery & Implementation Own functional deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Coordinate and execute testing strategies, defect resolution, data validation, and business process verification. Support project planning activities and manage multiple initiatives, enhancements, and operational priorities simultaneously. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication. User Training & Support Develop and deliver end-user training programs and workshops focused on D365 functionality and business process improvements. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and functional support guides. Serve as a trusted advisor to business users, providing ongoing support and functional expertise. Assist users in maximizing system capabilities while promoting best practices and process consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and business leadership teams to align system solutions with operational objectives. Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and integration partners to ensure successful solution delivery. Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) to support requirements management, project tracking, testing, and issue resolution activities. Provide guidance on related D365 modules, including Warehouse Management and Procure-to-Pay processes. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) required Skills & Relevant Work Experience 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, implementation, and support experience. Extensive experience with D365 Supply Chain Management, including Master Planning and Production modules. Demonstrated manufacturing industry experience; metals, processing, or related industrial manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and operational support initiatives. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed functional solutions. Experience facilitating testing, UAT, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and requirements management. Deep understanding of manufacturing, production planning, supply chain operations, and inventory management processes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive adoption of new technologies and processes. Ability to assess cross-functional impacts and drive collaboration across departments. Strong documentation, training, and knowledge-transfer capabilities.
Travel Requirements:
35% including international.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
