Compensation:
$18.00 - $24.00 / hour (Based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, ultra-detail-oriented Inventory Control & Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Gray, ME. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our parts department. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our appliance parts—from tracking stock changes using Microsoft Access and FieldPulse, to processing factory returns, to ensuring our road technicians have the inventory needed to fix customer appliances on the first visit. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Systems Management:
Routinely update our MS Access database and FieldPulse platform to track part movement. Use manufacturer portals to source items and research data.
Receiving & Check-In:
Accept daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers. Physically unbox shipments, verify item counts against packing slips, and log new stock immediately.
Returns & Claims Processing:
Identify and process Dead on Arrival (DOA) parts. Submit manufacturer Return Authorizations (RAs), package parts securely, and manage return logistics.
Technician Support:
Pull, organize, and prep specific repair parts ahead of time so our field service technicians are always fully prepared for their daily schedules.
Logistics & Parts Delivery:
Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver critical parts directly to technicians in the field or to designated local drop locations.

Absolute accuracy matching long serial numbers, filing paperwork, and organizing a tidy warehouse stockroom.
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history to operate company parts vehicles.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift, push, and move boxes weighing up to 50-75 lbs frequently throughout the day, including freight.
Reliability:
A highly dependable professional who values punctual attendance and steady output. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an appliance repair office, automotive parts store, or plumbing/HVAC supply warehouse. Hands-on experience dealing with DOA warranty claims or Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). Benefits & Perks Comprehensive health benefits package.
