Maintain accurate inventory records, material locations, and transaction documentation within company systems.

Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory reconciliations.

Coordinate material storage, preservation, handling, and distribution activities.

Prepare and maintain material status reports, inventory reports, and other project-related documentation.

Support warehouse operations, laydown yard activities, and material issuance processes.

Assist with the resolution of logistics, transportation, and material control issues.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality requirements, and material management procedures.

Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and inventory optimization.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 2 years' of experience supporting materials management, inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, or construction projects.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. #LI-SS2
