Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: Local Print Shop is seeking a Print Estimator with experience in a fast paced print production environment. The Print Estimator will oversee all steps of the customer lifecycle, including: email and telephone correspondence, print job consultation, quoting, digital artwork, workflow management, digital press production, bindery / finishing, and invoicing. This position will ensure every print project is completed to the specifications requested and the satisfaction of the customer. The Print Estimator will work directly with the owner to ensure a smooth operational workflow is in place, appropriate supplies are ordered and available from vendors, and the production schedule is met without delays. Must work well within a team of creatives. This candidate must have experience with Digital Printing and Wide Format as well as strong organizational and communication skills, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Software :

Proprietary CRM and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products is a plus.

Duties include:

Customer Service, Digital Printing, Project Management, and Team Management. This is a full time in-person position.

Utilize spreadsheets and data analysis tools like Excel for demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and cost optimization strategies. Prepare detailed proposal Monitor inventory control systems to track raw materials and finished goods. Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and analyzing production management systems to identify efficiencies in print estimation processes. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on print or similar production processes. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including logistics inventory management and demand forecasting analysis. Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel—for data analysis, spreadsheets creation, and report generation. Experience working with inventory management systems and production scheduling software to coordinate supply chain activities effectively. Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
