full-time Position Summary The Production Coordinator supports the end-to-end production process from development handoff through bulk production and delivery. This role is responsible for tracking production timelines, managing approvals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of quality goods in alignment with company margin and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Production & Timeline Management Track and manage all production stages from pre-production through final delivery (WIP, in-transit, and completed orders) Maintain and update T&A calendars to ensure adherence to key milestones Monitor delivery schedules and proactively identify risks to on-time shipment Order Placement & Management Create & send out order detail sheets to Dhaka or Shanghai offices in Excel format containing order details (qty, size ratio/pre-pack, price), packing instructions and packaging requirements Review vendor guides from Retailers and keep all customer packaging guides up to date Packaging & Ticketing Order price tickets from customer-nominated suppliers. Review and approve care label, hangtag layouts, and packaging such as carton markings, polybag stickers, etc for production. Work with design team & hangtag/label suppliers on setting up new hangtags/labels and update requirements of changes from licensors Sample & Approval Coordination Manage and track all sample stages (proto, fit, PP, TOP, AD Samples) Ensure timely approvals for fabrics, trims, lab dips, strike-offs, and packaging Maintain accurate approval logs and reports for each style/program Vendor & Factory Communication Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors regarding production status Ensure factories have the most up-to-date tech packs and specifications Follow up on outstanding issues and drive timely resolution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure accurate execution of product Coordinate handoff from development to production and ensure alignment on product details Support accuracy of POs, size scales, labeling, and customer requirements Data & Reporting Maintain Excel WIP reports, production trackers, and approval logs Update systems (Blue Cherry, Datametrics and Excel-based trackers) with current production status Analyze production data to flag delays, quality risks, or cost issues Quality & Issue Resolution Identify and escalate quality or technical issues with factories and mills Assist in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing solutions Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in apparel production or sourcing Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes Experience working with overseas vendors and factories Familiarity with T&A calendars, WIP management, and production tracking tools Proficiency in Excel, PLM, and/or SAP systems Experience with accounts such as TJX, Burlington, BJs and Costco is a plus Core Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency $70,000
