September 2026 Refinery Turnaround\nMaterial Coordinator to support a major refinery turnaround at a client facility in Paulsboro, NJ. This position will play a critical role in the planning, receiving,anization, and distribution of turnaround materials to ensure maintenance and construction activities remain on schedule.\nThe initial assignment is expected to support the September 2026 turnaround, with the potential for contract extension based on project needs and performance.\nPosition Summary\nThe Material Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, receiving,anizing, tracking, and issuing materials required for turnaround execution. This individual will work closely with maintenance, operations, contractors, procurement, and warehouse personnel to ensure critical materials are readily available when needed.\nThis role requires abination of warehouse coordination and field support, with approximately 50% of time spent in the field and 50% in the warehouse or office environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate material requirements for refinery turnaround activities.\nOrder and track turnaround-related materials including:\nGaskets\nStud bolts\nFlange hardware\nPipeponents\nMechanical maintenance materials\nReceive iing materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.\nOrganize, stage, label, and store materials within warehouse and laydown areas.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and material tracking documentation.\nCoordinate material issuance to maintenance and contractor crews.\nConduct field walks to verify material requirements and resolve shortages.\nCommunicate with planners, schedulers, supervisors, and procurement teams regarding material status.\nAssist with identifying and expediting critical or long-lead materials.\nSupport turnaround execution by ensuring materials are available when and w needed.\nFollow refinery safety procedures and warehouse best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in materials coordination, warehousing, maintenance support, or supply chain roles within an industrial environment.\nWorking kledge of refinery, petrochemical, chemical plant, pipeline, or heavy industrial operations.\n

Understanding of:
