Job Overview We are seeking an organized, on time, detail-oriented, Client Services Production Coordinator to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the liason between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences. You will incorporate a proactive approach to the job. You will posses strong organizational skills will drive client satisfaction, support project execution, and foster lasting relationships. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate client projects from initiation to completion, ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align project goals and resolve issues swiftly. Oversee order processing to ensure accurate and efficient handling of client requests and service orders. Maintain clear internal communication channels to update team on project status, client needs. Support account management activities by managing client accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling or service improvements. Experience Experience in customer service and project coordination. Proficiency in communication skills with the ability to manage customer and production relationships. Familiarity with order processing tools, data analysis techniques, AI based business practices and customer relationship management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining a customer-based approach. Prior experience in account management roles is highly desirable for understanding client needs deeply.
