We are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator . No logistics experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. For this position, we are much more interested in finding someone with a great personality, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn than someone who already has experience in transportation. What You'll Do Assist with coordinating daily freight shipments Communicate with customers, drivers, carriers, and internal team members Track shipments and provide customers with updates Help resolve day-to-day shipment issues Enter and maintain shipment information in our systems Assist with paperwork, billing, and other administrative tasks Learn the transportation and logistics business from an experienced team What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication skills Dependable and organized Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and through email Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Team player who is willing to help wherever needed Someone looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career Previous logistics experience is NOT required.
